		<description>@Chris: Thanks for you&#039;re remarks - you&#039;re right when you say songbird isn&#039;t that great and there are great alternatives out there, but when Google freezes the development of Picasa for Linux, still at v3.0, Skype Linux is left at  a miserable v2.1, Opera too plays the same game... and so on, I&#039;ve got a reason to think Linux desktop app are  expensive to maintain, when they are not Linux specific.</description>

It would get your more people commenting and improve your page rank which would increase your visibility in the search engines. Since you are running Wordpress you need a plugin to turn it off as it is built in by default: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sem-dofollow/

I don&#039;t think this is really going to be an ongoing trend. The reality is that songbird isn&#039;t that great and there are a lot of competing models of business and so I think they are focusing on what they think are the bigger models, which are Windows and supposedly Mac. Linux continues to grow so we will continue to see more and more applications.

Personally it would I never used it as there are better programs for managing my music.</description>
