Google Analytics Opt-out Browser add-on for Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3.5+ and Chrome 4+ disables Google Analytic tracking service and prevents it from sending personal information to Google Analytics. Google Analytics tracking script is a free service that generates detailed statistics about the visitors to a website. Its by far the most popular free service for getting statistics about the visitors to a web page or site.
Even though Google Analytics doesn’t show personal information about the visitors, as it only provides aggregated data, people concerned that Google can track the sites they visit using Google Analytics script can install the add-on on their browsers and permanently disable the analytic script. After installing the add-on, your browsers will still sends a request for this file: http://www.google-analytics.com/ga.js when you visit a page that uses Google Analytics, but scrapped information will no longer be sent to Google Analytics.
Its damned certain that if many users install this add-on, webmasters or site owners will no longer have accurate stats. It will be an uphill task to find out what web content is popular and what is not popular. There other options that users can use to block the Google Analytics script if this add-on doesn’t work on your preferred web browser, but this add-on is by far the easiest way.

This is an addon that serves a specific function such that it is too trivial add to the 56 Extentions that I have installed.
This addon is so unnecessary because we already have NoScript protecting the world from devastation.
