Thanks to you, sopcast is working under Ubuntu (lucid). However, i can’t directly enter the channelnumber. For soccer games, the streaming is sometimes refer to as channelnumber.

The repository doesn’t work for me:

W: Failed to fetch http://www.sourceslist.eu/repository/karmic/binary/Packages.gz 404 Not Found

Yes, I know this, but I have Ubuntu and it’s not possible to use sopcast plugin and to install IE6 in Linux I don’t think is a good idea.

@vasiauvi; SopCast Player doesn’t depend on any browser, neither Firefox nor Internet Explorer. What you need is the right Sopcast executable for your Windows PC

Hi!
I’ve installed yesterday this player but for me is not working.
Also how to add a different sopcast channel from this link http://www.live-football.cn/sopcast-channel-list.html ?
I really need this player because I want to see some romanian televisions that work only on Internet Explorer.
Unfortunatelly Sopcast doesn’t work in firefox.
