Google Chrome for Linux Gets Bookmarks Sync

Chromium builds for Linux recently got Bookmark Sync, Google Chrome for Linux followed suit by updating to Google Chrome 4.0.249.0 builds with built-in bookmark sync.

Like with Chromium you’ll have to add --enable-sync to your launching command from the command-line to enable “Sync my bookmarks” in the wrench.

Your bookmarks will also be synced to a folder in Google Docs, so get an account if you don’t have one.

Finally, it was just time Chromium and Chrome for Linux got what their windows siblings had months back.

Too bad it’s not working. Even with the -enable-sync flag.
